Bike itself is great, comfortable and good quality
I ordered at the beginning of April, parcel should have been sent on 30th of April and there is no parcel, no contact from customer service. Where is my bike?? I want a refund! Order EU3493 or I take things on a police station…
I’m very happy with this bike, it’s meets my needs. It looks sharp and it’s not too heavy to carry a short distance. Most times i can fold it and wheel it on and off the bus or train. It took 2 weeks to receive (in Toronto) after the order was placed. It’s fairly easy to fold up, rides well, the torque sensor is smooth and I am able to get up small hills with little effort.
The only issue is the key pad. It’s inconsistent sometimes when I try to unlock it. I’m not sure if it’s the bike or me that is the issue. So far I’m very happy with my purchase.
The handlebar bag arrived about a week ago - well delivered, left in a safe space (delivered by Evri). The bag looks pretty good quality, not sure how it attaches to the handlebars yet as I've not actually got the bike - BJS Delivery are a little bit rigid with their deliveries, but hopefully, they'll phone back and we can arrange a date for delivery!
Hello fiido team, can I ask what's going on with my order? I purchase this bike the 8th of april, it supposed to be shipped before 30th of the last month. I sent a couple of emails but i had no answer yet. My order number is #EU3494
I placed my order more than a month ago, ot was meant to be my commuting vehicle to work.
They are not giving an answer other than 'it's on its way' no track number or anything was provided. I would at least like to know an estimated time for organization.
Should have bought a bike somewhere else.
By now abt 150km of various terrain tested.
As everyone understands the advertised 400km range is a totally ridiculous claim.
With warm fully charged battery at about 0 degrees celsius ambient temperature and with significant amount of cargo in variable terrain (both forest paths, tarmac, snow/sleet etc.) but cold bike/motor a realistic range could be expected at around 20-30km per battery.
At abt 10 degrees ambient without cargo similar terrain 40-50km expected range per battery. As everyone understands that only a small portion of Fiido Titan owners would actually really ”pedal only” this 40kg bike - let alone with a large amount of cargo.
On average in all above range tests most common PAS level was ”Normal” but hills/climbs and rough terrain thumb throttle used to keep up the pace or increased PAS above normal for short periods. I’d guess my style of riding would be a general average, not too fast to drain the battery nor too slow to reach some ridiculous range figures but instead easy and comfortable riding.
As Fiido advertises on their website their ”real world” range my question is how many places on Earth would have a 400km flat run, basically no wind, no cargo on such a stretch(!), even temperature with eco mode assistance (i.e. about 26 hrs of driving with average of 15 km/h).
How stupid do they think an average consumer is? One star off due to this fact that concerns the whole industry of electric vehicles.
Other cons that are commonly known:
- Stupid front light position and with front rack impossible to even mount in front fork due to suspension travel, even if the light was mounted as low as on the mudguard level.
- Rear rack tubing size and stupid bamboo flatbed decoration does not allow any standardised pannier quick release systems to be used. My choice was to install a MIK adapter plate with side bars so that top bag and side bags can be utilized.
- The rear battery rack is stupid because it limits any decently sized standard side bags as they should be installed much more forward and then you would hit your heels on them - the Fiido pannier rack bags are really small. And anyone who has had quick release pannier bags does not even consider some velcro attachments as an option.
- On gears 4-5 there is a weird feeling of a misplaced bearing or something else as you feel some small glitches / raddle in the drive train while pedaling.
- Front brake squeeks even after several efforts of realigning the whole caliper. Possibly a stuck brake piston?
- All the reviews are saying the bike is big but in the category of cheap Chinese ebikes this is not true. The general geometry makes this bike rather small: short reach and low stack height.
- If you need more reach and stack height the integrated display makes it hard if not even impossible - or ridiculously laboursome/expensive at least.
- The tires are semi-ok for tarmac with high pressure. For slight terrain / forest paths / off road I will buy better tires and possibly even try to fit wider set (4.8”?). They are labeled as ”Moped” on the side wall with max pressure up to 2.0 bar so perhaps more towards ”Bicycle” type with a wider foot print on the surface and higher volume would help on this.
Pros:
- Robust
- Cheap with extra batteries
- Looks nice
- Ok quality, filter out the marketing BS
- Price / quality point good
Bike not delivered. Helmet and bag useless without a bike. Company avoiding answering email. Phone number doesn’t work … awaiting a refund for all … and a response
Hi Fido, I wish I didn’t have to replace the cable and the battery cover and the controller a lot of maintenance although I love the bike I just wish it could keep going. I wonder what the next break down will be
Ho aspettato un po di mesi prima di dare la mia recensione..La bici è buona e funziona..ma la vernice nonostante non abbia mai ricevuto botte o sia caduta, si sta togliendo..quindi pessima sotto quel punto di vista..il cavalletto è troppo lasco e quindi quando si va su terreni un po sconnessi continua a battere e a sentirsi il rumore.In generale poi tutta la bici ha dei rumori strani quando si va su strade un po sconnesse tipo sanpietrini del centro città..da acquistare quindi secondo me se è in forte sconto,Altrimenti forse prezzo e qualità non sono equilibrati.
I ordered a Fiido T1 pro cargo ebike. After waiting 3 weeks and contacting customer services to try and find out it's whereabouts I find out my order has been cancelled without any reason as to why.
Now to check I've got my money back!

Overall my experience is good but notice the that battery drains faster than mentioned in the specification. On normal power setting I can hit 25 km with fully charged battery.
Thanks I recieved my bike on time the battery dies after 20 miles do you sell a bigger battery?not extra battery because of weight,and can i replace the tires with road tires?
Speedy service but wrong inner tube size for the D3. Shame
The latest iteration of the T1 e cargo bike lift it well above others in the sector…improvements which aren’t clear from the website/youtube include the following:
Stem mounted computer like the Titan
Easy disconnect motor cable for rear wheel removal
Brake light
Hydraulic disc brakes
Proper rear side mounted stand
The motor is strong and range is excellent - the T1 is superior to Radpower (I’ve ridden one) and outperforms the Engwe (ridden that too) so all in all a great bike for comfort and load lugging!
